The laboratory’s clinical biochemistry department possesses a range of automated analyzers capable of performing more than 250 tests/hour using differents techniques such as: enzyme kinetics, colorimetry, turbidimetry and nephelometry and Ion selective electrolytes (ISE) in various fields including: screening and monitoring of diabetes, dyslipidemias and of dysproteinemias, cardiovascular disease and kidney disease. As well as automated immunoenzymatic techniques, capillary electrophoresis, enabling the laboratory to perform in highly specific areas such as vitamin screening, cardiac markers, detection of hemoglobin variants, screening for protein by immunofixation.

All the laboratory’s clinical biochemistry analyzers are bi-directionally connected to our central Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), which ensures an optimal level of quality and traceability.

The turnaround time of the laboratory’s biochemistry tests is 4 hours. Emergencies are available 1hour after arrival in the laboratory.
